Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all travel planning, booking, and related services (“Services”) provided by Anchor your Adventures (“the Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting or purchasing travel services through the Agency, the client (“you” or “the traveler”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Role of the Agency

The Agency acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, transportation providers, and insurance companies (“Suppliers”).

We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by Suppliers.

All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and liability policies of the respective Suppliers.

3. Quotes, Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until payment is made in full.

Quotes are estimates only and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the Supplier.

A deposit may be required to secure reservations. Deposits are typically non‑refundable unless otherwise stated by the Supplier.

Final payment deadlines vary by Supplier. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of funds.

4. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are considered confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from the Agency.

It is your responsibility to review all booking details (names, dates, destinations, accommodations, etc.) for accuracy.

Any errors must be reported immediately. Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation and change policies are determined by each Supplier, not the Agency.

The Agency is not responsible for Supplier‑imposed penalties, fees, or refund decisions.

Service fees charged by the Agency for planning, research, or booking are non‑refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the Supplier issues funds to the Agency.

6. Travel Documents & Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, entry permits, vaccinations, and other required documentation.

The Agency may provide guidance but is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or travel delays.

Declining insurance means you assume full responsibility for any financial loss.

8. Health, Safety & Risks

Travel involves inherent risks. By booking through the Agency, you acknowledge these risks and agree that the Agency is not liable for:

Illness, injury, or death

Natural disasters or weather events

Political instability or government actions

Supplier bankruptcy or service failures

Travelers are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness for travel.

9. Agency Service Fees

The Agency may charge service fees for:

Research and itinerary planning

Booking and ticketing

Changes or cancellations

After‑hours assistance

Document preparation

All service fees are non‑refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Agency is not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of Suppliers.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbookings, lost baggage, or changes in travel plans beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agency’s liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to the Agency.

11. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information for all travelers

Review all documents promptly

Make payments by stated deadlines

Comply with Supplier rules and travel regulations

Notify the Agency immediately of any issues

12. Privacy

The Agency collects personal information solely for the purpose of arranging travel services. Information may be shared with Suppliers as necessary to complete bookings. We do not sell or disclose personal data to unrelated third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Agency operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking travel services through the Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
